LICENSED TITLE INSURANCE AGENT
Pennye Putman has been in the real estate closing industry since 1993. She is the Chief Operating Officer of Clear Title and is a licensed Title Insurance Agent with the Florida Department of Insurance. Pennye specializes in residential purchases construction and refinance closings in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. Pennye also assists Board-Certified Real Estate Attorney Stephen R. Moorhead, owner of Clear Title, with commercial closings. She is a volunteer member and closing agent for Pensacola Habitat for Humanity.

Pennye has an AA degree in Business Accounting, is married to Dan Putman, and has three grown children and four grandchildren.
