Our experienced closers will work closely with you, your customer, or your client throughout the closing process. We will make sure you have the documents you need, provide free closing cost estimates and title insurance quotes, manage the signing process, and perform all necessary filings to ensure your transaction is a success.
We can request a search for you and help you understand what will be required to properly insure the transaction. All lenders or buyers will need assurance that the seller or buyer has “clear” title to the property.
We have strong relationships with several established title insurance underwriters serving the Northwest Florida area. We can provide you with free title insurance quotes and make sure you have the coverage you need on closing day.
We provide escrow services for buyers’ earnest money deposits, ensuring that sellers do not have access to buyers’ funds until the appropriate time. This is a service that we offer, regardless of whether you choose to conduct your closing with Clear Title.
If you are selling a commercial or investment property and moving into another, you may be eligible for significant tax savings through what is known as a 1031 or “like-kind” exchange. We assist property owners in ensuring that they can claim the available tax benefits. Our Founder and CEO, Stephen R. Moorhead, has written and spoken extensively on the subject of 1031 exchanges.
