Karen Way is a Licensed Title Insurance Agent and has been in the Real Estate Industry along the Gulf Coast of Alabama and the Florida Panhandle for over 34 years. Her closing experience includes Consumer, Commercial, and Construction Loan transactions as well as IRS 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and Owner Finance dealings. 

Karen attended the University of Southern Mississippi where she studied Computer Information Systems. She enjoys volunteer work and spending time with family and friends along the Gulf Coast, where life is always better at the beach!
