Stephen R. Moorhead is the CEO of Clear Title and the founding partner of the Moorhead Real Estate Law Group in Pensacola, Florida. His comprehensive real estate practice includes closings, land use, zoning, planning, development, probate & estate planning, and litigation.

Steve has been board-certified in real estate law by The Florida Bar’s Committee on Education and Legal Specialization since 1992. He earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Previously, he served as co-chair of the Florida Bar’s Real Property Problems Study Committee.

A sixth-generation Floridian, Steve is a long-time resident of the Pensacola area. He serves as general counsel for the Home Builders Association of West Florida, Inc., is on the Board of Directors for Achieve Escambia, and is past Chairman of the Board of the Greater Pensacola Chamber of Commerce. Steve and his wife, Rhonda, a former public-school teacher, have four sons and a granddaughter
