Clear Title of Northwest Florida is seeking an experienced real estate closer for our growing team. Job Duties
- Professionally communicating with lenders, builders, buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the closing process.
- Preparing closing documents, balancing closing disclosures, reviewing title searches, and curing title issues.
- Obtaining, reviewing, and coordinating payoffs, surveys, termite reports, and all other aspects related to real estate closings.
Position Requirements
- Be an enthusiastic team player who can work in a fast-paced environment looking to capture the market.
- Have the ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills, as well as written and oral communication skills.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Closer.
