Steve Moorhead, Clear Title’s founder and CEO, stated, “Our Downtown Office continues to be a major provider of real estate closing services in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. Because of our confidence in the business climate of our area, we began looking for a location that would provide expanded office space and convenient parking for our clients. Fortunately, we found a wonderful spot at 22 N. Tarragona Street. As we turn the page on 2020, this move is a wonderful way to welcome in 2021.” Clear Title is looking forward to an official Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting in the near future.
