Renee Deese has been in the real estate lending and management business for over 30 years and is experienced in consumer, commercial, residential, and construction loan transactions. Renee was the Director of Mortgage Lending for Pen Air for 20 years and was appointed to the Florida Credit Union Real Estate Board, the PHH Mortgage Advisory Board, and holds several financial certifications in the lending industry. Prior to Clear Title, Renee served as the Assistant Property Manager of One Palafox Place, where she supported the owners with the development and overall historical restoration of the Blount, Brent, Marsto Quina, and the Moulton Buildings in Downtown Pensacola.
